Hi - I'm Debs Owen. I've been a counsellor for 15 years, and The Hub is the place I've been dreaming of for a while.
We all need space and time to process how we're experiencing life. Sometimes this feels quite pressing, and it's often when we're at our most compromised that it's hardest to be kind to ourselves.
Your mental health isn't a luxury, though. How we feel influences every aspect of our lives - from our work, to our relationships, to our health - and nurturing your wellbeing should be our first priority.
The Hub was conceived to provide a place for you to do just that. Here, you'll find a group of highly qualified independent therapists & wellbeing practitioners. We work together to provide services that support you as you enjoy your life with confidence & enthusiasm. From clinical psychology to hypnotherapy, counselling to reflexology, hypnobirthing to massage therapy - there's an appropriate support for everyone here.
We've been here for a little while now, settling in and finding our feet. Our official 'launch' is this coming Friday 5th July. I hope you're drop in to meet us, and find out what's on offer.
